3. User Eligibility
Users may access Hajji only if they are authorized by a Hajj company, campaign, organizer, admin, or platform owner.

4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for keeping their login information secure. Admins may enable, disable, update, or restrict user accounts based on operational needs.

5. User Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage assigned pilgrim groups
- Handle pilgrim requests professionally
- Send accurate alerts and updates

5.3 Admins
- Manage pilgrims, camps, beds, resources, and requests
- Maintain accurate operational data
- Send important notifications responsibly
- Ensure only authorized users can access sensitive information
- Review reports and operational statistics
5.4 Owners
- Manage partner companies
- Review company-level reports
- Control platform settings
- Ensure company staff follow the platform rules
6. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use Hajji only for lawful and authorized purposes.

7. Camp, Room, and Bed Selection
Hajji may allow pilgrims or admins to view, assign, or select camps, rooms, and beds. Bed availability may change based on operational decisions, admin updates, capacity limits, or company policies.
8. Journey, Transport, and Location Features
Hajji may display journey timelines, gathering points, camps, bus locations, and navigation-related information. Users should always follow official instructions from authorized organizers, admins, and Hajj authorities.
9. Requests and Services
Users may submit service requests such as bed change, medical help, food request, or other support requests. Submitting a request does not guarantee immediate approval or completion.

10. Notifications and Emergency Alerts

Hajji may provide religious guidance features such as FAQs, submitted questions, prayer times, Qibla direction, Quran, Azkar, and live stream links. This content is provided for guidance and convenience.
12. Availability of Service
Hajji aims to provide a reliable service, but does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Data Accuracy
Users, organizers, admins, and companies are responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data. Incorrect or outdated data may affect camp assignment, journey details, requests, notifications, and reports.
14. Account Disabling and Deletion
Admins may disable user accounts when required. If a user requests account deletion, the account may be disabled while some operational records are retained for reporting, safety, legal, or administrative purposes.
15. Intellectual Property
All platform designs, features, logos, content, software, dashboards, and application materials belong to Hajji or the authorized owner unless otherwise stated.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Hajji is not responsible for losses or damages caused by incorrect data, failure to follow official instructions, device or third-party issues, request delays, unauthorized account use, or events outside the platform’s control.
